Lakxhman Shrestha is a journalist by profession, a social science enthusiast by interest, and a lecturer at the National College, Kathmandu. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations, his focus aligns towards people-to-people relations rather than government-to-government ties. His journalism career began at Annapurna Post and later extended to Deshsanchar, Nagarik Dainik, Nepalviews, and Himalkhabar. He also served as the executive editor for a special issue on Nepal–India relations in Sankathan. In addition, he has edited numerous fiction and non-fiction books, including Nyaya, the memoir of Sushila Karki, and published several long-form articles on Nepali politics.
